My name is Ben Fowler and I have an Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training.

Based in Romford, I offer one-to-one and small group PT sessions, as well as group fitness classes and running coaching.

I am also a qualified football coach and run All Star Football Academy Essex.
